Data Deletion Instructions

1. Send your request

Email growthpartnersupport@gmail.com with the subject Data Deletion Request.

Include your name, the phone number or email address used to contact us, the service or interaction concerned, and which information you want deleted. If relevant, include your Facebook or Instagram profile identifier so we can locate the information. Do not send passwords, access tokens or payment card details.

2. Verification and review

Our support team will review your request and may ask for limited additional information to verify that the records belong to you. You can use the same email thread to ask about progress.

3. Information covered

After verification, we will delete the requested personal information under our control where applicable, including relevant enquiry and callback details, contact records and information received through related Meta integrations. We will confirm the outcome by email and explain any information that must be retained and why.

Some records may need to be retained for applicable recordkeeping requirements, security or resolving an outstanding service matter. Copies held independently by WhatsApp, Meta or other external platforms are managed by those platforms; contact them directly to request deletion from their systems.
